Terms of Service

  • Do not reproduce my work or claim it as your own.

  • For Art: The commissioned piece is for personal use only, do not use it for commercial purposes (i.e. mass reprinting on shirts/mugs/prints/etc.).

  • For Live2D: The fee for small/medium scale commercial use is included in the commission. If you want unrestricted use of the model and if you are making or intend to make commercially significant revenue, we will need to negotiate through DMs (this is for VTuber groups/non-indie VTubers). Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about this!

  • Please credit me as @Fafrotsky somewhere online (e.g. in your profile, an about page, an introduction video, etc.) if you are using a model that I made/rigged! Any method is fine as long as I am clearly listed!

  • I am allowed to showcase the completed piece on my social media & portfolios.

    • Private Live2D models will not be posted on social media until debut (or whenever negotiated) but will be included in my portfolio/progress board.

  • I reserve the right to decline/turn down a commission if I believe that I am unable to fulfill it, find the request offensive, or find the commissioner's credibility to be questionable.

  • I reserve the right to cancel or refund your commission. Partial refund available for works under 50% completion. No refund for works past 50% completion.​t

Payment

  • I prefer to take payments upfront / in advance through PayPal invoice.​​

  • I can take payments in parts: 50% down payment upon agreement, 50% on completed delivery.

  • Commissions may be paid for in steps:

    • i.e.: Sketch > Lineart > color OR Art > Rigging > Extras​

  • If you have discussed a commission with me and are ready to order, fill out this Form (or I’ll send it to you) and then we can discuss further details/confirm the order once I receive your response!

  • The payment request/invoice will be sent via email when the details of the commission are sorted out.

  • Once the payment is confirmed I will begin to work on your piece!

  • If you appreciate my work and would like to send a tip, I have a Ko-fi page! Tips are very much appreciated!

Turnout

  • Please let me know if you have a deadline!

  • An urgent request may be negotiated upon which will incur a rush fee.

  • It may take about 1-2 weeks (or longer depending on my busyness / model complexity) to complete a piece. I have classes, work, and streams to do!

  • If I get busy, I will contact you if there will be any delays.

  • If I am actively working on your commission, I’ll try to send an update any time significant progress is made (contact me if a week has passed without updates).

  • I may livestream or upload the process of myself working on your commission on Twitch or YouTube. I may also post WIP shots / gifs / videos on social media. Please let me know in the form if you would prefer to keep the piece private.

  • Major editing/revision is limited up to 3 times, please be clear about what you envision! More edits may require a fee.
